yes you can definetly be in a whole heap of crap on various charges, I also bet you didnt make the porn are you aware to put porn on your site you need to have a copy of the ID of each actor or your charged with child pornography in most places even if they are of age, also it's a violation of copyright, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (unless you have a way to verify age ect) unless you live in a forein country where police will take livestock as a bribe I REALLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO THIS

Nope. Blogger allows you to post explicit and pornographic material, so long as you indicate as such on your account (they will then put it behind a intermediary page that says "This blog is for adults, may feature sexually explicit stuff, blah blah blah" with the option to enter or to leave).
