On Blogger.com, is there a way to make one main post always be the first one?

I wanna make a little post telling about myself and stuff, and I want it to always be the first post. Any help?

Here is what you do. Go to your Layout tab. Click on Add Gadget, choose the Add Text, type what you want in the box. Drag that gadget so it is above Posts. There you go. If you need help let me know.
