How do I extend my background image for blogger?

I have edited my blogger page.. I created a background but I am new to HTML editing and cant figure why it wont go to the edges. it has margins on both sides.. I am sure its a simple number change but where.. I dont see it on the background text anywhere

Currently with CSS2.1, background images can not be resized. CSS 3.0 will address this ability. For the time being, you might look at the source code on the following site and see if its methods will work for you:
