How do I create my OWN blogger template?

I want to create mny own with my pictures on my computer I dont wanna use one off of a website!!

You need to upload the pictures to somewhere on the internet: images in Blogger templates have to be hosted somewhere online. If you have some webspace then put them on that. If not then Flickr should work.





Editing the template itself is pretty tricky unless you know CSS pretty well. There's a preview button though, so you can check it looks ok before saving - do not save it unless you've checked it's ok first. If you don't know CSS then you're probably better off using a template someone else built.
