Where do I put a meta tag in Blogger?

I have to verify my site using a meta tag, but I don't know where to put it. I know its between the title and head, but where? Thanks!

It doesn't matter if it is a blogging site, the CIA's site, or George Bush's personal homage, all META tags go in the same place. The top of the page. It should look something like this:

Sure, they can be put in other places on the page, but this is the most common. To validate your page, you need to find out what META tags they are requiring because there are many of them and putting every META tag in the top of the page would just be a pain. If the TITLE and the HEAD tags are close together, just put your cursor next to the last line of the title and press enter. This will make a space so you can enter your META tags. Good luck:)
Reply:don't know how blogger templates work, but in other blgging systems, you want to find the header file. you'll find the head tags there. %26lt;head%26gt; blah blah %26lt;/head%26gt;
