How do I make a blogger layout/template using dreamweaver and photoshop?
You don't - you create them in your mind first - the art and the code. Then you use Photoshop to draw the artwork and you use Dreamweaver (or Notepad) to type the code. Site design is done in your head - you only start running programs after you have the design finished.
