How can i change my email address on blogger?

i got a new email address, and i want that to be the one that shows up on blogger.com. can i change it? or is it perminant?

I have 2 gmail accounts and when ever i logged into blogger i had to change the email username so i decided to cancel one and just couldnt. but it was in the early stages of my blog so i moved the blog to the email i wanted......proberly is a better solutions out there ...but in gmail i was sent to another page and another page to read and got fed up.


but if you are talking about it just showing up (appearing on a page) on your blogger as you say that you do by just editing
