I wanna make a little post telling about myself and stuff, and I want it to always be the first post. Any help?
On Blogger.com, is there a way to make one main post always be the first one?
Here is what you do. Go to your Layout tab. Click on Add Gadget, choose the Add Text, type what you want in the box. Drag that gadget so it is above Posts. There you go. If you need help let me know.

No, it's not called auto-proxy.
It's called auto-forward
And it may not work with blogger any way.

I don't want a certain blogger following my blog on blogspot. How do I block them?
Where do I go to block someone on blog spot?

I don't think you can but if they are stealing your content put an inckscape badge on your blog to protect it.
Reply:You can install a visitor meter, and track your visitors IP address. Once you know the IP address of a certain blogger, you can install:
鈻?IP Address Blocker (it's free)
But this is, unfortunately, never 100% effective...
Becouse of dynamic IP addressing. If you block one IP address, you may get around it, but certain Blogger will access with another, and another....
Same person can also bug you through a different computer....or can subscribe to your blog feed, and read your Blog through a syndication feed reader....
The only effective solution is;
鈻?moderating all of your comments (if the person bugs you through comments)
鈻?make your Blog private, and send an invitations to people you choose.....
鈻?or, just ignore it...

You blog.
Reply:Try blogger.com to create your blog for free.
Add google adsense to earn revenue.
It really depends on the content of your blog and the popularity to determine whether it will be successful or not.
Reply:Is your life interesting enough to be a blogger?

Do you think Flickr and Blogger and Google and Imagechef are good websites ?
Flickr is very useful, and has a nice interface.
Blogger is also a leader in the blogging industry, and is also very easy to use.
Google, is not good. It is unbelievable. It's very useful in all senses of the word. For anything. That's how I got started here. Via Google searches for some VERY detailed questions.
Imagechef is okay. What you get on there is not very unique, or even slightly better than many other similar websites.

Google is an excellent web site, however google mail seems a bit difficult to use. I don't know how to forward messages on it. The main thing I like about google over yahoo is I receive very little spam on google, while my inbox on yahoo is constantly polluted with senseless spam.
Flickr is ok, but I personally think photo bucket is better. Can't say much about blogger, considering I never ventured to that site.

What is the difference between blogger and website?
Blogger ( http://www.blogger.com/ ) is a blogging tool that creates a certain kind of web site for you. It is great for getting a good-looking news or journal/diary type site up and running quickly. It's also very easy to update even if you don't have any coding skills - about as easy as posting a question here. It also makes quick and easy work of posting photos.
While you can choose different looks for a Blogger site, given that the system is geared toward handling text entries and a few photos, you shouldn't expect to be able to completely change the design or add different types of content or navigation beyond what is already built into the system. If you learn how to customize their templates you can add a bit more into your blog than a stock Blogger site, but still - it is not made to have different sections or levels or for online commerce or anything like that.
"Web site" is a broader term that applies to a collection of pages under a domain name (i.e., www.yahoo.com ) on the Internet. Building a web site as opposed to creating a Blogger site allows for a customized site that can include whatever you like, as opposed to just the content that Blogger can handle. However, building a web site is usually a much more complicated process than starting a blog using Blogger.
I do both: use Blogger (for family and personal journaling) and build web sites (mostly for clients).
What is the difference between blogger and website?
Blogger = the author of a blog (a person who keeps a personal diary on the internet)
Blog = Blog is short for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the Web site.
Web site = The entire collection of web pages and other information (such as images, sound, and video files, etc.) that are made available through what appears to users as a single web server. (any page on the internet)
